Underframe: Galvanised steel channel runners and galvanised steel cross bearers spaced at 406mm centres. Bolted construction.

Body: Treated steel framed body designed and built for full height loading. Galvanised steel pillars to both front and rear. Prestressed steel cant rails allow an open span design self supporting roof system. Full length one piece GRP fibreglass roof skin. Galvanised steel side raves.

Body Panels: 17mm thick GRP.

Curtains: 2x2 weaved pocketed PVC curtains vertically tensioned by pocketed webbing straps complete with stainless steel locking buckles, 125mm deep pelmet.

Front Frame: Galvanised steel framed bulkhead complete with GRP panel. Corner pillars to be capped with 64mm hexagonal designed radius anodised aluminium cappings.

Rear Frame: Galvanised steel frame complete with plastic grab handles. Twin 75mm 'D' rubber buffers fitted to pillars.

Rear closure: Wide lath dry freight shutter c/w twin cables and maximum security lock. White finish to outside.

Floor: 18mm coated Eco wire with fixings at every bearer.

Sideguards: Anodised aluminium rails and droppers as per C&U regulations. Detachable as required.

Rear wings: Twin parlock thermoplastic rear wings c/w stays etc:

Spray suppression: To be fitted to drive axle only.

Underrun: Heavy duty galvanised steel underrun to comply with C&U regulations.

Side marker lights: Four as required with current C&U regulations.

Outline markers: Two outline markers to meet current C&U regulations, shroud protected.

Marker boards: Rear marker boards not currently required.

Rub rails: To be specified.

Tail lift: Where fitted: Ross & Bonnyman RBSL 1000kg column with taillift complete with, 1050mm aluminium platform.
