Underframe: Bodywork mounted to vehicle chassis with custom built steel subframe and approved body mounting bolts. Subframe painted to match vehicle chassis before assembly.
Side walls: 63mm overall width. White GRP panels with polyurethane insulation core. Vertical steel plates behind inner face of panel for attachment of internal fittings.
Front bulkhead: 85mm overall depth. Construction as sidewalls with integral hardwood support frame for refrigeration unit.
Roof: 110mm overall depth. One piece GRP panel constructed as side walls.
Rear frame: Galvanised steel frame complete with plastic grab handles. Twin 75mm 'D' rubber buffers fitted to pillars. Pull out rear step.
Rear closure: Two full height and width rear doors. Polyurethane insulation core moulded with GRP external skins. Right hand door opens first. White finish to outside.
Floor: 140mm overall depth. Non-slip floor finish of GRP matting and resin coated with grey graphite grit. Two drain holes to front corners. 1250x7mm alloy chequerplate pattern. Aluminium sheet to rear of floor to form crash plate. Sideguards: Anodised aluminium rails and droppers as per C&U regulations. Detachable as required.
Rear wings: Twin parlock thermoplastic rear wings c/w stays etc:
Spray suppression: To be fitted to drive axle only.
Underrun: Heavy duty galvanised steel underrun to comply with C&U regulations. Side marker lights: Four as required with current C&U regulations.
Outline markers: Two outline markers to meet current C&U regulations, shroud protected.
Marker boards: Rear marker boards not currently required.
Rub rails: Fitted with one piece 250mm aluminium scuff rail at floor level. Two rows 150mm alloy rub rails to sides and front bulkhead at 1000mm and 1800mm centres from floor.
Tail lift: Where fitted: Ross & Bonnyman RBSL 1000kg column taillift complete with: 1050mm aluminium platform. Other types available, tuck away and retractable.
Refrigeration unit: Carrier Supra 450 refrigeration unit with RAM 202 data logger on Data Cold 250 Alternative Thermo King and multi temperature/twin evaporator.
Interior fittings
Load restraint: Two rows of 1806 stainless steel load lok at 610mm and 1219mm centres from floor. Two spring loaded poles.
Interior lights: Two wired and switched to cab.
Finish:
Sides: GRP panel gloss white.
Front: GRP panel gloss white.
Rear wings: Black.
Cab: White.
Chassis: French Blue or factory finish.
Signage: To be specified.
